  • Flexiblest provides digital training programs, videos, and educational content focused on stretching, mobility, and exercise.

  • All Programs are delivered online. No physical products are shipped.

  • Access is granted through our secure learning platform (Kajabi).

 

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to purchase.

  • Our Programs are available worldwide, except where restricted by law.

 

3. Health Disclaimer

  • They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and may be converted to your local currency at checkout.

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay where available).

  • You agree to provide accurate billing details when placing an order.

 

5. Delivery Of Digital Content

  • After successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the purchased Program(s) via email confirmation and member login.

  • If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

 

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all Programs unless otherwise stated.

  • To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order details.

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • After 60 days, all sales are final.

  • By purchasing, you expressly agree to receive immediate access to the digital content and waive your right to withdraw under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. You may still request a refund under our 60-day money-back guarantee.

7. License & Use

  • Programs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may not share, resell, reproduce, or redistribute the content.

  • Access is limited to the purchaser (one user account per purchase).

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and materials on Flexiblest.com are owned by Flexiblest and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • Unauthorized use and sharing of the content is prohibited.

 

9. Limitation Of Liability 

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flexiblest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Programs.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

 

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable laws of the European Union.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
