These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the exercise and stretching programs (“Programs”) offered through Flexiblest.com (the “Site”). By purchasing or accessing any Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Not Medical Advice: The information provided by Virtuan s.r.o. through Flexiblest.com (including the AccelStretch program) is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Physical Activity Risk: Physical training and stretching involve a risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own risk. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new regimen, especially if you have pre-existing injuries or chronic conditions.

Results Not Guaranteed: Any results showcased on this website are based on individual dedication. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your success depends on your physical condition, background, and consistency.

Assumption of Risk: You agree to fully release and discharge Virtuan s.r.o., its directors, and employees from any and all claims arising out of your use of the Programs or materials provided on this website.

2. Brand & Domain Transition

Please note that the stretching programs originally sold under the brand name Hyperbolic Stretching (hyperbolicstretching.com and hyperbolicstretching.net) are now offered under the brand Flexiblest (flexiblest.com).

Flexiblest is operated by Virtuan s.r.o., the same company that created and managed Hyperbolic Stretching.

All programs, content, and access rights remain the same. Prior customers will continue to have access to their purchases through the Flexiblest.com Member Access Page.

3. Eligibility & Access

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to purchase.

Access is granted through our secure learning platform (Kajabi). Programs are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the content.

4. Orders & Merchants of Record

Our order process is conducted by our authorized online resellers and Merchants of Record: Paddle.com and/or LemonSqueezy.com. These partners are the legal sellers of our Programs and are responsible for transaction processing, global tax compliance (VAT/GST), and order-related support. Your billing statement will reflect the name of the authorized reseller.

5. Delivery of Digital Content

After successful payment, you will receive immediate access via email. By clicking 'Buy' or 'Pay', you request immediate performance of the contract and consent to the immediate delivery of digital content.

6. Refunds & 60-Day Guarantee

EU Statutory Right: You acknowledge that by receiving immediate access to digital content, you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

60-Day Guarantee: Notwithstanding the above, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all Programs. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, all sales are final.
